Abstract
In this presentation, Unbelievable's film art is discussed in depth in order to understand the differences between males and females and the way they handle gender violence. Using Connell's theory of masculinity, subordination of women and dominance of men is discussed in depth in order to better explain the behavior of some of the scenes. Also discussed in this presentation is how the female detective refute the idea of being a submissive.
