Abstract
The Happiness Project is a company dedicated to raising money and awareness for mental health research. My study utilizes the rhetorical concepts of ethos, logos, and pathos to evaluate the effectiveness of 'Happy New You,' a short film produced for the new year (2021) by the Happiness Project. My analysis suggests that this short film highly successful in raising awareness for the mental health of people around us. The film does this particularly by drawing upon the Happiness Project's CEO's life experiences, smart production choices, and poetry.
