The Office of Student Research at Longwood University facilitates participation in student research and provides professional development for students. The mission of this office is to foster student engagement and experiential learning and to enrich the educational experience of students by promoting research, scholarship, and creative activities through faculty/student mentoring relationships. The Office of Student Research (OSR) supports students who participate in independent research, faculty-mentored research, or research as part of a class by assisting students in developing, conducting, presenting, and publishing research and creative activities.
