Abstract

The goal of this research is to understand how the adjustment to college affects Longwood freshmen's mental health. This will be discussed in order to understand the appropriate measures that need to be taken to help combat the issue. The research was conducted as an anonymous survey, under the supervision of Doctor Amanda Blaisdell. We then came up with three feasible interventions.
