Social Media, Personality Traits, and Sleep Disturbance

Abstract
In the present study of 181 adults (ages 18-70), higher levels of sleep disturbance (SD) were found among those who reported higher levels of social media addiction, and the effects were more common among younger adults. Lower conscientiousness and higher negative emotionality also predicted greater sleep disturbance
