Abstract
Our group will be speaking about the polarization of Gerrymandering. We talk about the history of it, how it affects us using key questions, and highlighting ways on how you can advocate for anti-gerrymandering. We will go over how ethical it is or is not to draw lines in order to sway elections one way or another. Some of the questions we plan to answer are: how did this come to be? When was it first used? How does it hurt communities? What can we do to advocate for change?
