Abstract
The purpose of our video presentation is to inform our audience, youth athletes about the negative effects of early specialization in a sport. These negative effects can be mental, physical, and emotional. Our video will target specifically the youth athletes aged six to fifteen. We will educate them with a mixture of audio and visual components to provide an informative and engaging learning environment. Our intended goal of this video is at the conclusion the youth athletes will have a better knowledge of the potential risks of early youth sports specialization.
