Description
Cow's milk is often thought to be necessary for strong bones and overall good health. Milk is packed with important nutrients like calcium, phosphorus, B vitamins, potassium, vitamin D, and proteins. These nutrients help build strong bones. Though milk has these nutrients, other products do as well. Soy milk and almond milk, combined with vitamin supplements, provide comparable nutrition to cow’s milk. Important nutrients can be gathered from a variety of sources, not just cow’s milk.
