Abstract
This project is a research proposal. The main purpose of this proposal is to determine if resources have an effect on the number of students who go on to higher educations after high school. Many studies have been done to see what resources effect students achievement levels. This proposed study looks to determine which resources have the greatest effect on students confidence and preparedness to go on to higher education. Once this is discovered, certain schools would receive extra funding to go towards these resources and survey the students and teachers again to see if there is an increase of students planning on attending higher education.
