Abstract

Proposal for creating two different types of liver organoids. Liver tumor organoids are three-dimensional miniature models of human liver tumors. Each type of liver organoid will be added to various chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatments at different dosages to better understand how the tumor cells will respond to the treatments.
