This project is analyzing the effects mindfulness meditation has on cognitive enhancement. Participants will be split into two groups one group with be practicing mindfulness meditation once a week for two weeks, while the other group will be practicing a relaxation exercise once a week for two weeks. Before implementing the exercise participants will be assessed using the Trail Making Test. Participants will be assessed once before the exercise then again after the exercise to see if there is a significant difference.

This research project will be conducted in Spring 2022
