Abstract
This is an examination of the evil characters in Shakespearian works like Richard III, King Lear, Othello, and Titus Andronicus. It examines how the evolution of villains in Shakespeare’s from his early works to his later works. It also shows how these characters are more than just the vices of the story. They possess desires and hidden motives but are also the primary roles that push a story forward.
