BIOL 250: Analyzing the Relationship Between Single Nucleotide Polymorphism in Individuals with Phenotypes Photic Sneeze Reflex and Bitter Tasting

Research Question: Can the genotype associated with the phenotype of photic sneeze and bitter tasting be determined by using PCR?

Hypothesis: Individuals with the alleles of CC are more likely to have the photic sneeze reflex. We also hypothesize that we will see a correlation between the individual being tested and the bitter tasting gene.
