The Importance and Impact of Emotions: From Being Vulnerable to Being in Rage
We chose this topic because as we have learned all semester, emotions need expression. The expression of emotions impacts both mental health and the way that you show up in the world. There has always been a negative stigma around expressing emotion, and spreading more awareness and knowledge could help stop this stigma.
